A POSTCARD FROM THE ABYSS

 
A citizen of nowhere
with a degree from
the University of Bullshit
my black flag planted firmly
up the arse of patriotism
you can take the low road
and I will head straight
down this highway to hell
with a one way ticket
on a nowhere bus
I don’t want to play the game
down tools and LOUDLY quit
fighting the flow as I walk
up stream of this carnival parade
take my passport and bank cards
take my National Insurance number
take my mortgage take my debt
take every trace I was ever here
set it on fire
I am disappeared
sending everyone I used to know
a postcard from the abyss.
